Custom-made mattresses
Since 1978, Schuimrubber & Gordijnenhuis has been manufacturing all kinds of custom-made mattresses for caravans, motorhomes, boats, and many more.
With our expertise and mattress fillings in various qualities, we make mattresses entirely according to your personal wishes.
At Schuimrubber & Gordijnenhuis a custom-made mattress is not only manufactured from excellent quality materials on the inside, but we also make the cover (ticking) completely custom-made. This cover fits perfectly around the mattress and ensures optimal comfort and protection.
Custom-made mattress for caravan, camper, and boat
We specialize in custom-made mattresses for caravans, campers, and boats. If you own a caravan, camper, or boat, a well-fitting mattress is essential for a comfortable night's sleep.
Our mattresses are fully custom-made and specially developed for environments with temperature fluctuations and moisture.
Hygiene and comfort are our top priorities. That is why we use excellent quality, breathable materials that last a long time and are easy to maintain. This way, you sleep just as comfortable on vacation as you do at home.
We make the mattress entirely according to your wishes: from shape and dimensions to firmness and choice of the material.
Fully custom-made mattress cover (ticking)
The mattress ticking is made of an extra thick fabric and features a soft layer of wadding on the underside. This makes the mattress exceptionally comfortable to lie on. Thanks to the practical zipper, the cover is easy to remove and washable. This ensures you that you will always enjoy a clean, fresh, and hygienic mattress.
Baby and child mattress
If you have a cradle in which you slept as a baby yourself and you want to use this cradle for your own child, we can make a custom-made mattress for it.
The filling is breathable and produced CFC-free, making it completely safe for your little one. We can also provide a custom-made cover so that the mattress can be used immediately.
